Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide organizational and technical support to the sales department to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Manage and coordinate the sales team, ensuring efficiency and collaboration.
∎ Respond promptly to client inquiries and relay information to the relevant manager/employee.
∎ Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely execution.
∎ Execute tasks assigned by the Head of Sales to support business growth.
∎ Prepare and maintain sales reports, tracking performance metrics.
∎ Assist in sales strategies, including cold and warm sales approaches.
∎ Utilize affiliate marketing, IT-based online sales, and online trading marketing techniques to drive revenue.
∎ Cold sales & warm sales techniques.
∎ Affiliate marketing, IT-based online sales, or online trading.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication (clear speech).
∎ Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and sales tools.
∎ Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities.
∎ Strong reporting and analytical skills.
∎ B1 level English (or higher) for effective communication.
∎ Experience in digital sales platforms and CRM software.
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
