Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in managing and coordinating the work of partner managers.
∎ Foster a productive environment to maximize partner engagement and satisfaction.
∎ Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to attract and grow partnerships.
∎ Identify opportunities for partnership expansion and improvement.
∎ Streamline and enhance partner interaction processes at all stages of collaboration.
∎ Implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in partner relations.
∎ Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) of partner programs.
∎ Prepare data-driven insights to support decision-making.
∎ Liaise with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) on partnership-related matters.
∎ Ensure smooth communication and alignment across teams.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and accounting systems.
∎ Ensure compliance with data management policies.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (partnership coordination, administrative support, or business development).
∎ Experience in managing or supporting partner relations is a plus.
∎ Strong ability to build and nurture long-term partnerships.
∎ Excellent analytical skills with an understanding of affiliate program metrics.
∎ Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
∎ Strong written communication skills for reports and partner correspondence.
∎ High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and results-driven mindset.
∎ Experience working with cross-functional teams.
∎ Knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting software.
