Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieving primary and secondary sales targets.
∎ Directing and supervising deliveryman.
∎ Planning and scheduling the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelinesIncreasing coverage of outlets and markets.
∎ Field visit with the deliveryman to understand and solve issues on the ground.
∎ Properly reporting to management.
∎ Giving feedback about competitors’ activities in the markets.
∎ Practicing, promoting, and endorsing the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensuring the implementation of safeguarding standards to establish a safe working environment for all.
∎ Ensuring the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, negligence, harassment, or exploitation in the field of work.
