About the Role
We are seeking motivated Sales Team Leads and Customer Service Associates to join our expanding operations in the real estate and mortgage industry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and building a long-term career in a professional, growth-oriented environment.
Full training will be provided.
Position Overview
Role Type: Inbound Sales (Not a Call Center)
No outbound dialing required.
Engage with potential clients, discuss mortgage loan products, collect necessary documentation, and support U.S.-based Loan Officers and Brokers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with mortgage financing by gathering and organizing required documents.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support and training to U.S. Loan Officers and Brokers.
Communicate mortgage loan products and manage client documentation needs.
What We’re Looking For
Fluent English (spoken & written) – Strong communication skills are essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills – Ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
International experience (minimum 1 year) – Prior work in an international call center or customer-facing role is required.
Proactive, results-driven mindset – Reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented.
Customer-first attitude – A passion for helping clients and providing top-tier service.
Preferred (not required): Prior leadership experience in industries such as MCA (Merchant Cash Advance), Solar, Air Duct, or Real Estate.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: BDT 21,000 – 30,000 (commensurate with experience)
Performance Bonus: Top Sales Leads may earn an additional BDT 8,000 – 20,000/month after a 2-month provisional period
