Job Overview
Global Softel Inc is looking for a motivated SEO Specialist with hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), AI-driven optimization (AIO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). This role is ideal for someone who understands both traditional SEO and how AI search platforms surface content.
You will work closely with our digital and content teams to improve organic visibility, lead generation, and overall search performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Optimize content for AI search engines and generative results (AIO & GEO)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
- Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and page speed
- Track performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or similar tools
- Collaborate with writers to improve content ranking and relevance
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and AI search trends
