∎ We are seeking a new graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you`ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and showing amazing attention to detail.
∎ Employment Details:
∎ Shift: Day
∎ Time: 10am - 06pm BDT (8 hours)
∎ Vacancy: 01 (Both Male & Female)
∎ Employment Status: Full-time
∎ Work Days: 6 days a week
∎ Job Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study design briefs and determine requirements.
∎ Design compelling and consistent digital and print creatives with the marketing team.
∎ Work on logo designing, promotional campaigns, illustrations, brochures, pamphlets, Videos, Animations, print ads, and much more.
∎ Create promotional motion graphic content, animation & Videos.
∎ Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline.
∎ Coordinating with web designers, marketing, and colleagues as necessary.
∎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
∎ Amend and format existing images using the Graphic Design tools
∎ Drive online engagement with social media design trends.
∎ Improve the existing ad creatives and other designs.
∎ Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
∎ Work both independently and in cooperation with the team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ 2+ years of proven experience in Graphic Design & Animation.
∎ A strong portfolio of Graphics & Animation works
∎ Completed Training in Graphic Design & Animation from any reputed organization
∎ A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
∎ Advanced knowledge in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
∎ Expert-level knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro)
∎ A strong eye for visual composition.
∎ Have to be Creative, Energetic & Smart.
∎ Strong knowledge of graphic composition and digital layout
∎ Thorough understanding of photography, typography & printing
∎ Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
∎ Understanding of marketing, production, website design, advertisements, and multimedia design.
∎ Experience with computer-aided design.
∎ Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
∎ Work well as part of a team, with a range of people
∎ Punctual and dedicated, with a strong work ethic
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bengali and English

∎ Salary range: 25000+ Monthly (Based on the experience & skills)
