Educational Requirements:
∎ Students can apply (Minimum Graduation running) from a reputed public/private university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive and achieve department's sales target on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
∎ Ensure conversion target & high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service as per company set standard.
∎ Responsible to handle customer complaint and solve according to company guidelines.
∎ Keep track of merchandise and ensure proper display at the assigned department as per visual merchandising guideline.
∎ Maintain and follow standard POS operating process.
∎ Execute tasks as and when required assigned by the Supervisor and Senior Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresher's (both male & female) can apply.
∎ 1 / 2 years' experience in retail operations or customer service will be given preference.
∎ Basic computer knowledge.
∎ Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in verbal and written English language is preferred.
∎ Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
∎ Enthusiastic, friendly, physically fit and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
