• Sales negotiation & closing.
• Product presentation & demo.

• Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom, ensuring a professional and helpful experience.

• Understand customer requirements and provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and comparisons.

• Promote and sell company products (2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, EV scooters, etc.) to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Explain EMI/financing options, warranty, after-sales service, and promotional offers.

• Manage social media/website page queries by responding promptly and professionally, converting inquiries into showroom visits and sales.

• Keep updated records of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups (both showroom & online).

• Ensure showroom product display, cleanliness, and branding materials are maintained properly.

• Support showroom campaigns, test rides, events, and promotional activities.

• Coordinate with after-sales/service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on showroom sales and online queries for management review.
