- Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our IELTS programs.
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
- Clearly explain our IELTS courses, pricing, and benefits to potential students.
- Guide students through the enrollment and payment process.
- Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, and enrollments in a tracking system.
- Follow up with interested students and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align enrollment strategies.
