Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales and Service Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Presenting and explaining products to potential customers, highlighting features, and answering technical questions.

• Assisting senior sales engineers in creating proposals, quotations, and presentations for customers.

• Analyzing the market to identify potential customers and trends to improve sales strategies.

• Working towards sales goals and quotas, under the guidance of senior team members.

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

• Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.

• Provide after-sales support and troubleshooting.

• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
