Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for total Sales & Marketing
∎ Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel
∎ Develops and formulates Sales strategies and promotes the image of the hotel
∎ A clear understanding of the hotel's business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals
∎ Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly and identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
∎ Responsible for generating attention-grabbing ideas that will entice the consumer or target audience.
∎ Responsible for developing conceptual campaigns designed to stand apart from competitors.
∎ Responsible for the creative strategies and direction of advertising and marketing materials and campaigns
∎ Ensure the best client service is being made available through communication amongst the team, cross-training within the department, and appropriate office coverage
∎ Conducts daily sale calls and arranges site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
∎ Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations to meet the financial needs of the hotel.
∎ Accompany sales team on sale calls to potential clients to assist in the development of the account and to access the effectiveness and sale skills of the salesperson.
∎ Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sale proposals for clients.
∎ Interpret data obtained from market research/survey to produce results useful in taking effective business decisions.
∎ Contact potential customers through emails, calls, and home visits to create product/service awareness and target key account potential for the company.
∎ Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long-term business relationships.
∎ Conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote brand awareness among consumers.
∎ Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g. CVGR generating proposal, Corporate Rate Application letter, writing contract, customer correspondence).
∎ Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
∎ Utilize company profile database to determine geographic areas for travel agent calls while maintaining the top and existing travel agent accounts.
∎ Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
∎ Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response timeline to clients.
∎ A clear understanding of the hotel's business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
∎ All other duties as directed by the Higher Management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel Management, Sales and Marketing Management
∎ Working in any 4 Star/5 Star Hotel in the same position will be preferred and considered for academic qualification supplementation
