Responsibilities & Context:
Generate sales invoices accurately and ensure timely documentation.
Maintain and update the sales database for effective record management.
Prepare and provide collection reports to monitor dealer payments. Compile and share consolidated sales reports for management review.
Generate and analyze secondary sales reports to track market movement.
Prepare and maintain an updated due list of dealers.
Maintain ERP records, ensuring accurate entry of sales and stock data.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets.
Track and analyze dealer performance on a regular basis.
Handle sales inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments for follow-up.
Maintain remaining dealer stock reports for inventory tracking.
Submit periodic sales reports to the accounts department for reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain product sample reports as required.
Generate reports as per management instructions and provide analytical insights when needed
