• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information System
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information System

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Beverage, Ice Cream, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Mineral Water

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

• Generate sales invoices accurately and ensure timely documentation.

• Maintain and update the sales database for effective record management.

• Prepare and provide collection reports to monitor dealer payments. Compile and share consolidated sales reports for management review.

• Generate and analyze secondary sales reports to track market movement.

• Prepare and maintain an updated due list of dealers.

• Maintain ERP records, ensuring accurate entry of sales and stock data.

• Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets.

• Track and analyze dealer performance on a regular basis.

• Handle sales inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments for follow-up.

• Maintain remaining dealer stock reports for inventory tracking.

• Submit periodic sales reports to the accounts department for reconciliation.

• Prepare and maintain product sample reports as required.

• Generate reports as per management instructions and provide analytical insights when needed
