- 1-3 years experience in the related field. Sound knowledge on fire safety engineering, occupational health, safety & environment will get preference. Fresh engineering graduates can be applied.
Responsibilities & Context:
Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL), is looking for some competent candidates for the Position of "Safety Supervisor- HSE" at Hazaribagh, South Keraniganj, Dhaka.
The talent we are looking for will be the following experience:
Conduct orientation and training of employees to motivate them regarding safety, occupational health and hazardous waste management.
Ensure permit to work process are adhered and followed properly in the organization.
Enforce safe work practice.
Correct unsafe condition.
Investigate workplace accidents.
Report to the site management any unsafe practice and unsafe conditions in the workplace.
Instruct workers to improve safety performance in the details of the work they perform.
Develop and implement company programs and policies as they relate to the safety.
Interpret and provide information on laws, regulations and company policies and procedures.
Conduct employee training of complete risk management assessments.
Conduct regular toolbox meeting.
Any other job assigned by the top management.
