Responsibilities & Context:
কাজের দায়িত্ব ও যোগ্যতা
1. টেলিফোনের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে কোম্পানির পণ্য ও সেবার প্রচার করা।
2. মেডিক্যাল ইন্সট্রুমেন্ট, ল্যাব ইন্সট্রুমেন্ট এবং ফার্মাসিউটিক্যাল ইন্সট্রুমেন্ট সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
3. টেকনিক্যাল নলেজ থাকতে হবে।
4. কম্পিউটার চালানোতে দক্ষ হতে হবে (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet ইত্যাদি)।
5. গ্রাহকের প্রশ্নের সঠিক উত্তর প্রদান এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী তথ্য সরবরাহ করা।
6. বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জনে সক্রিয় ভূমিকা রাখা।
7. গ্রাহকের তথ্য, কোটেশন এবং অর্ডার সঠিকভাবে রেকর্ড রাখা।
8. দায়িত্বশীল, সময়নিষ্ঠ ও টিমে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
9. পরিশ্রমী ও শেখার আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা:
টেলি মার্কেটিং কমপক্ষে ২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে
ন্যূনতম শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: এইচ এস সি অথবা ডিপ্লোমা পাস
শুধুমাত্র মেয়ে প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন
