- উৎপাদন পরিকল্পনা অনুযায়ী কাপড় কাটিং কাজ পরিচালনা করা।
- কাটিং টিমকে সুপারভিশন ও গাইডলাইন প্রদান।
- ফ্যাব্রিক ব্যবহার, নষ্ট ও অপচয় নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা।
- কাটিং রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত ও ম্যানেজমেন্টকে জানানো।
- কাজের মান, নির্ধারিত সময় ও লক্ষ্যমাত্রা নিশ্চিত করা।
