∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food & Beverage,Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
∎ Minimum 1 year experience as a RSM in any reputed food & beverage manufacturing company.
∎ Candidate should have Bike Driving License.
∎ Without Sales Experience, need not to apply.
∎ Experience in same or equivalent position will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieving Sales target.
∎ Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales target.
∎ Distribute Daily Sales target and achieve it.
∎ Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staffs.
∎ To analyze manpower demand and lesion with HRM Department & National Sales Team on manpower issue.
∎ Movement scheduling of sales staffs and monitoring their movement.
∎ Counseling and disciplining sales staffs in assigned region.
∎ Visit dealer point regularly.
∎ Towam Food And Beverage Limited is going to hire some Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to take the overall responsibility of Sales in the assigned region. Candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience as RSM in any reputed food & beverage manufacturing company.
∎ Responsibilities:
