Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve regional sales targets for feed products (Poultry, Cattle, and Fish) by implementing effective sales strategies.
Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks to ensure strong product availability and market coverage.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Plan and execute promotional activities, training programs, and farmer meetings to increase brand awareness.
Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and share feedback with senior management for decision-making.
