Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate from any Government recognized institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Comply with company quality and production policies and standard operating procedures.
∎ Train and monitor RQS team on their job responsibilities.
∎ Train production team on buyer standard so that they can comply with H&M standards.
∎ Monitor daily production quality and product compliance to ensure H&M standards are met.
∎ Identify quality defects and do roots cause analysis with concerned production team members to ensure these defects are controlled and solutions are sustained.
∎ Conduct pre shipment inspections.
∎ Maintain effective working relationship with related departments to ensure product specifications and compliance is maintained.
∎ Work closely with Technologist/Merchandiser for product checking detail.
∎ Ensure inspection report, on-site checking and related photos are properly documented.
∎ Audit following areas of garment manufacturing processes: Roaming QA audit, End line Audit, Day final Audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to candidates having experience as RQS Manager.
∎ Must have experience as H&M RQS Manager in current employment.
∎ Must have English language fluency (written & verbal).
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Must be able to show product and procedure knowledge.
∎ Should bring present appointment letter and pay slip to support present salary support.
∎ All original certificates and documents must be present during interview.
∎ Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 - 7 years of working in good reputed companies.
∎ Job Location: Chandra, Kaliakoir, Gazipur District.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary Range: Negotiable as per qualification and experience.
