• Graduation and Post-Graduation in any subject

• Oversee all hotel departments (Rooms, F&B, Maintenance, HK); support GM with strategy and reporting

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proficiency in hotel management software

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong financial and budgeting acumen

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff across Rooms Division departments

• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction

• Manage budgets, financial plans, and control expenditure

• Prepare and review performance reports

• Implement and enforce policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly

• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel

• Maintain and improve facility appearance and functionality
