∎ Skills Required: Fluent in English Communication both in Written and Spoken

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing RF Radio Network Project associate work, Project coordination, Customer end communication, Field team support, Troubleshooting problems. Coordination and planning for field team to deliver field level activities & customer handling.
∎ Log-file analysis, Identification of faults & Issues e.g. (Sector swap, Handover failure, Call Setup failure, Call drops, Call Block, Transmission Issue, Bad RSCP, EcIo , Pilot pollution , Missing neighbors, Overshoots etc.) & given recommendation to solve.
∎ KPI Data analysis for Identification of alarm & Issues to given recommendation to solve.
∎ Event Support (Capacity/Quality Management).
∎ Response every customer radio networks related problem, finding root cause of problem & provide solution.
∎ Provides support to clients and/or customers in customer office premises.
∎ Optimization of 2G/3G/LTE networks to troubleshoot and improve KPIs
∎ Analysis of KPIs, investigation, and improvement of network quality problems
∎ Customer complain handle, reporting, Log file analysis, find out the problem like dropped call, Blocked call, Handover failure,
∎ Troubleshoot system problems such as Pilot pollution, Call quality, Data Speed, drop calls, dropped connections, handover failures, and interference issues.
∎ Perform root-cause analysis of RF issues to meet target KPIs.
∎ Network elements monitoring, analysis, fine-tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
∎ IBS Walk Test, Call Test, Walk Test. Physical tuning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05-12 years of experience in a relevant Telecom RF fields.
∎ More than 3 years field experience DT person can apply for RF part. CC & Benchmarking Drive Test service experience with Operator is preference.
∎ Strong knowledge of Telecom Networks (VoLTE, LTE, WCDMA, GSM )
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Software Handling.
∎ Good Team Player
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ TA, DA and others facility will get as per project required. In additional incentive is applicable on project basis.
