Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and direct customers to find their desired product;
∎ Demonstrate and provide product information with features;
∎ Answer customers' questions about required products;
∎ Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing;
∎ Inform customers about various offers;
∎ Provide customer feedback to the Outlet Manager;
∎ Achieve retail sales target;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Experience in direct sales will be preferable;
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

: Compensation Package (01 Year Contractual Position) : For Probation Period: Gross Salary will be BDT 8,000/= per month for RSO position.After Probation Period: Gross Salary will be BDT 10,000/= per month and will get monthly / quarterly / yearly business target and sales incentives for RSO position. After 01 Year: RSO will be promoted as RSE (Retail Sales Executive) and will get all permanent position’s Life, Health & others facilities.
