Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Retail Sales Executive (RSE) interacts with our outlet clients in order to make sure that satisfaction and promotion of new and popular products are adequately met.
∎ RSE make sure the customer needs.
∎ They deal with customer's complaint and listen with some feedback so as to improve their services.
∎ Greet and direct customers to find their desired product.
∎ Demonstrate and provide product information with features.
∎ Answer customers questions about required products.
∎ Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing; Inform customers about various offers.
∎ Provide customer feedback to the Outlet Manager.
∎ Achieve retail sales target;
