• Bachelor’s degree will be considered an advantage.

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales (fashion/apparel preferred).

• Well-groomed and presentable with a pleasant personality.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Passion for fashion and ability to guide customers with styling.

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during high sales seasons.

• Excellent interpersonal and sales skills.

• Product presentation and styling sense

• Team player with a proactive attitude

• Basic understanding of inventory and store operations

• Fluent in Bangla; basic English communication required

• Punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Provide in-depth product knowledge and styling suggestions as per customer needs.

• Help customers with size selection, fitting, and product availability.

• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

• Ensure the outlet remains clean, organized, and aligned with brand display standards.

• Assist with daily stock checks, tagging, and restocking of items.

• Support cashier and store manager as needed in overall store operations.

• Handle customer feedback or queries politely and promptly.

• Stay updated with latest collections, offers, and promotions.

• Maintain proper grooming and represent the brand positively.
