Responsibilities & Context:
  • Confirm customer orders through phone calls and messages.
  • Follow up on pending and dispatched orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle and respond to customer queries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Manage inbox and comment queries on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and e-commerce teams for order status updates.
  • Ensure a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

To ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers, we are looking for Customer Support Executives who will manage order confirmations, follow-ups, and customer queries across all communication channels.
