• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a cashier in retail (fashion retail experience preferred).

• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

• Polite, patient, and professional demeanor with customers.

• Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy hours.

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting procedures.

• Excellent cash handling and POS operation skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Accuracy in billing and record-keeping.

• Customer-centric attitude with a helpful mindset.

• Fluent in Bangla and basic English.

• Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible

• Accurately handle all cash, card, and mobile transactions through the POS system.

• Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as per company policy.

• Ensure billing and checkout processes are quick, smooth, and customer-friendly.

• Maintain updated knowledge of products, ongoing offers, and pricing to assist customers when needed.

• Reconcile daily sales, prepare cash summaries, and submit transaction reports to the accounts team.

• Cooperate with the store manager and sales team to ensure a seamless in-store experience.

• Monitor and report any POS issues or discrepancies immediately.

• Ensure proper handling of sensitive customer information with confidentiality.

• Assist in stock tagging, packaging, and store cleanliness during non-peak hours.

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate billing, smooth cash transactions, and provide a positive checkout experience for customers in a premium fashion retail environment.
