• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a relevant field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a retail fashion outlet (luxury/premium retail experience preferred).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-driven, customer-focused, and highly responsible.

• Proficiency in POS systems, retail reporting, and store operations.

• Knowledge of fashion retail trends and visual merchandising best practices.

• Proven ability to manage a team and retail store independently.

• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

• Inventory control and stock management.

• POS and cash management experience.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

• Fluent in English and Bangla

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

• Lead and manage sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and professional conduct at all times.

• Ensure the outlet maintains premium brand presentation and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and coordinate with the e-commerce and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.

• Maintain daily sales reports and assist in meeting sales targets and KPIs.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve any in-store complaints with professionalism and empathy.

• Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and POS operations.

• Liaise with head office and logistics partners for timely stock replenishment and in-store promotions.

• Train new staff and oversee team development to enhance store performance.

• Maintain store hygiene, safety protocols, and compliance with company policies.
