Experience Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in Branch Governance & Regulatory Compliance preferably in Bank.

Must have adequate knowledge on Branch Governance & Regulatory Compliance and other relevant rules/regulations.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence.
Age – Maximum 45 Years as of May 15, 2026.
Responsibilities & Context:
Place of Posting: Retail Distribution Division, Head Office
Employment Status: Permanent in the rank up to Senior Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on retail business (deposits, loans, cards, and sales performance)
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely submission of reports
Analyze business performance and highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities
Develop dashboards and automated reporting tools for management use
Support target setting, budgeting, and performance tracking
Coordinate with branches and business units for data collection and validation
Assist in preparing reports for senior management and regulatory requirements
Maintain proper documentation and MIS database management
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal policies
