∎ Diploma in Hotel Management, HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Waiter/ Barista
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant, Club

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and escort members / guests to their tables.
∎ Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
∎ Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
∎ Inform customers about the day’s specials.
∎ Take accurate food and drinks orders
∎ Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff.
∎ Serve food and drink orders.
∎ Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
∎ Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
∎ Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
∎ Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
∎ Follow all relevant health department regulations.
∎ Provide excellent customer service to members / guests.
∎ Compliance cleanliness and food safety as per standards.
∎ Track and maintain all equipment and furniture.
∎ Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers
∎ Any task assigned by management should be taken as a positive attitude.
