Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC/Bachelor degree in any discipline,
∎ Training on F&B service or Hotel Management will be added an advantage.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: F&B Service Basic Training
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all front and BOH restaurant operations.
∎ Ensure guest satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
∎ Maintain quality control for all food served
∎ Planning and delegating work duties to the associates and ensuring that they work according to the compliance of the restaurant business
∎ Conduct employee evaluations and feedback to improve the customer's experience.
∎ Forecasting future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
∎ Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards.
∎ Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
∎ Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
∎ Conducting inspections of the restaurant kitchen and ensuring proper hygiene is maintained
∎ Create a good communication link with kitchen associates to ensure the right products comes out quickly
∎ Other duties will be assigned by the department head/management time to time.
∎ Competent user of restaurant management software.
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Managing restaurant's staffs work schedules.
∎ Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
∎ Maintain quality control for all foods served.
∎ Train up new employees and provide resourceful training for all staff.
∎ Attend quarterly P&L meetings.
∎ Sound knowledge on food safety.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, team work
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Hotel, Resort, Restaurant
∎ Physical strength, Physical stamina, Attention to detail, Ability to multitask, Written and Verbal Communication skills, Guests service skills, Teamwork, Ability to work under pressure, Positive attitude, Upsell mindset, Good appearance and a happy, friendly personality.
