Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor/Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
∎ Job Location: Baitul Abedin Shopping Center, 1 No. New Baily Road, Ramna, Dhaka-1000.
∎ Workplace: Work at restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong working knowledge in well reputed franchises of food service minimum 8 to 10 years.
∎ Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
∎ Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
∎ Maintain quality control for all food served.
∎ Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer's experience.
∎ Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
∎ Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
∎ Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
∎ Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.
∎ Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
∎ Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
∎ Organize and supervise shifts.
∎ Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
∎ Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years

Salary:
∎ Maximum 30,000 (Monthly) Also negotiated.
