Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation, graduation degree from any discipline or Diploma in Hotel Management, BS degree in culinary science or related certificate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure standard service and food to growth business.
∎ Create satisfied guest and staff.
∎ Maintain food presentation quality.
∎ Compliance cleanliness and food safety as per standards.
∎ Track and maintain all equipment and furniture.
∎ Doing and monitoring daily, weekly and monthly inventory.
∎ Training staff.
∎ Prepare deployment plan by roster to run smooth operation.
∎ Stay-up-to-Date on guest and sales trends.
∎ Plan and make sales forecasting. According forecasting coordinate with kitchen food preparation and culinary activities.
∎ Rectify arising problems or complaints.
∎ Keep time and payroll records.
∎ Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
∎ Any task assign by management should have positive attitude.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-8-year(s) experience in working restaurant in 3-5 star local and international brands hotels & Restaurants.
∎ Foreign experience people are gets preference.
∎ The applicants get additional preference have knowledge in the following area(s):
∎ Indian Cuisine, Thai cuisine, Chinese cuisine, Continental, Bakery, Barista etc.
∎ Proficiency in English
∎ Proven working experience as a Restaurant supervisor.
∎ Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
∎ Capable of delegating multiple tasks.
∎ Communication and leadership skills.
∎ Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
∎ Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
