Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff
∎ Create employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing at all times
∎ Handle paperwork and other administrative duties
∎ Maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary
∎ Manage the budget and keep relevant statistical and financial records
∎ Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
∎ Handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant patrons and employees

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3+ years of experience in a restaurant with at least 2 years in supervisory roles
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
∎ Able to stand for extended periods
∎ Flexible schedule
