Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee the entire restaurant.
∎ Ensure superior services and guest satisfaction.
∎ Plan and update restaurant menu on regular basis.
∎ Organize, supervise and lead subordinates.
∎ Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, maintain inventory and manage restaurant supplies.
∎ Control cost and minimize waste.
∎ Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
