Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in any International Franchise/ Reputed Food and Beverage Industry in the Managerial position. ,
∎ Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area in home or abroad.
∎ Work experience in Chicking Dubai or any other country will be given priority.
∎ Skills Required: Internet Browsing, Computer Literacy, Operating Social Media, Facebook, What's app, Food Delivery Apps, Order Receiving by Restaurant Software
∎ Skills Required: Good management skills, Hospitality Management, Strong analytical and communication skills

∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospitality Management, Material Control, Restarurent manager
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Coffee Shop, Fast Food Shop, Hotel, Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing restaurant daily operations to ensure a highest level of performance and continual improvement in guest hospitality and customer care. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints. Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
∎ Responsible for promoting brand "Chicking" in the local community by different discount offer, package, promotion and events. Managing restaurant's image and suggest ways to reach a broader audience. Create successful menu items based on many considerations, and suggest prices based on cost analysis.
∎ Responsible for daily estimate, forecast and maintain inventory of restaurant demand; communicate with supply chain manager for schedule delivery of fresh foods and beverages. Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
∎ Supervises and manages employees. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity. Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices. Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met. Identifies the developmental needs of others and coaches and mentors.
∎ Participate in workplace safety & health (WSH) procedures to ensure department compliance with regulations by performing periodic safety & health risk assessment. Monitor actions of staffs and customers to ensure that health and safety standards and regulations are maintained.
