Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and other support staff.
∎ Ensure that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
∎ Ensure that all food and drinks are served according to company standards.
∎ Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere in the restaurant.
∎ Train and motivate staff to provide excellent service and upsell products and services.
∎ Manage reservations and ensure that all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly.
∎ Manage the cash register and handle transactions and cash handling procedures.
∎ Assist the Restaurant Manager in ordering supplies and managing inventory levels.
∎ Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and cleaned.
∎ Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.

∎ Age 25 to 45 years
