Must have mentality to stay 3+ years in the company

Responsibilities & Context:
Deal with client inquiries regarding all kings of international & SOTO flights
Communicate with clients to provide other travel services
Respond to clients via online & offline channels
Create travel itineraries with flights & other travel services
Book flights using different platforms like GDS & Other systems
Keep sales records & report sales information
Be up to date with airlines rules, offers & promotions
Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport /Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, reissue, issue, split / merge, refund, ancillary, Dummy bookings etc.)
Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration
Visa or Tour Package knowledge will be a Major plus point
