Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deal with client inquiries regarding airlines / flights
∎ Communicate with clients to provide travel services
∎ Respond to clients via online & offline channels
∎ Create travel itineraries with flights & other travel services
∎ Book flights using different platforms like GDS & Other systems
∎ Keep sales records & report sales information
∎ Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport / Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, rebook, reissue, issue, split / merge, ancillary, EMD)
∎ Knowledge of hotel booking / visa / tour package will be big advantage
∎ Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration
