∎ Age 20 to 50 years
∎ Must have previous travel agency experience.
∎ Do not apply if you don’t have travel agency experience for minimum of 2+ years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deal with client inquiries regarding airlines / flights
∎ Communicate with clients to provide travel services
∎ Respond to clients via online & offline channels
∎ Create travel itineraries with flights & other travel services
∎ Book flights using different platforms like GDS & Other systems
∎ Keep sales records & report sales information
∎ Visa or tour package knowledge will be plus point
∎ Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport /Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, reissue, issue, split / merge, refund, ancillary, EMD)
∎ Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration
