Skills Required: Air ticketing Reservation,GDS,GDS (GalileoTravelport,GDS (SABRE,GDS SYSTEM,hotel booking,Reservation Ticketing,Reservation/ Ticketing,Reservations,Ticketing & Reservation
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 50 years
- Must be tech savvy (Only MS word knowledge not enough)
- Must be willing to learn new things
- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS TRAVEL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
- Please do not apply if you do not have travel industry experience
Responsibilities & Context:
Deal with client inquiries regarding airlines / flights & other travel services
Communicate with clients to provide travel services
Respond to clients via online & offline channels
Create travel itineraries with flights & other travel services
Book flights using different platforms like GDS & Other systems
Keep sales records & report sales information
Be up to date with airlines rules, offers & promotions
Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport /Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, reissue, issue, split / merge, refund, ancillary, Dummy bookings etc.)
Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration
