∎ Training/Trade Course: ATAB,IATA
∎ Skills Required: Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Looking for individuals to work for IATA agency with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of Advanced level reservation & ticketing experience on Sabre, Gallileo & Amadeus GDS system.
∎ The candidate must have good communication skill and proven experience in Customer Service.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer queries quickly for Fare search, Fare quote, Booking, Issuing, Re-issue, Cancellation, Void, Refunds, EMD.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, accounts and others accordingly.
∎ Must follow the Airlines terms and conditions and ADM policies.
∎ Maintain the group package, group ticket.
∎ Must follow the Email.
∎ Respond Customer phone calls and also land phone calls.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent
∎ Must have advanced knowledge on GDS system such as Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Airlines, IATA, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Operator, Travel Agency, Travel Consultant
∎ Good at fluent in speaking English and also writing
∎ Preferred skill : Recruiting & Travel Industry Looking Good & Smart Clear Voice (MUSTBE)
