Job Responsibilities:
∎ Utilize Galileo GDS to book flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
∎ Assist clients with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations.
∎ Provide expert advice on travel itineraries, fare rules, and options.
∎ Collaborate with airlines and suppliers to secure the best possible rates and availability.
∎ Ensure accuracy in booking details and travel documentation.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry trends, airline regulations, and fare structures.
∎ Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
∎ Resolve booking-related issues efficiently and professionally.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Tour and Travel Agency, online travel agency, Travel Agency, Travel Agent, Travel management, Travels and tourism, Work as a travel agency or relevant work
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Travel Agent
∎ Talented Fresher's are also encouraged to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Ticketing Reservation Officer with expertise in Galileo GDS.
∎ In-depth knowledge of airline reservation systems and fare structures.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
∎ Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
∎ Familiarity with other GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus.
∎ Relevant certifications or training in airline ticketing and reservation systems.
