Experience:
Should have sound knowledge of electronics design.
Knowledge about motor control technology and different motors` working principles
Must have at least 2 years of professional experience
PCB design and embedded design skills will be extra advantage
Must have knowledge about critical thinking
R&I concerns for the reliability of all electrical parts.
Conduct rigorous tests to simulate real-world usage and identify weaknesses that could lead to premature failure.
Create models through analysis to predict the lifespan of air conditioners and potential failure points.
Ensure the long-term reliability of new electrical parts during the development stage to guarantee the lifespan of air conditioners.
Provide support for all tasks related to launching new export market models for both inverter and non-inverter types, including production instructions, wire harness instructions, BOM, and conversion BOM preparation.
Perform necessary tasks to implement export market inverter and non-inverter models into production.
Conduct optimization, modifications, cost-saving, and quality improvement tasks related to existing inverter and non-inverter export models.
Provide support for new logic development, existing logic improvement, software development, and testing tasks related to export market inverter and non-inverter models.
