Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Leather Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an expert Research & Development Person to operate and maintain large volume of synthetic and Leather bag production of our factory operations.
∎ Must have Leather Goods factory experience.
∎ Ability to work cross functionally and globally.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ New Sample analyses and develop.
∎ QC point and system describing.
∎ Other product developing and improving as needed development sheet.
∎ Analyses defects report of products or customer report, production sample comment answer/ Customer complain list.
∎ Product & process costing - system loss analysis consumption/ development sheet / costing sheet.
∎ Review operations and present with technical staff to resolve production or processing problems.
∎ Develop or implement production tracking system to running smooth production.
∎ Set and monitor product standards with quality control team to ensure finished quality product.

∎ Age 25 to 45 years
