∎ Master's degree in business, economics or development studies is preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and undertake explanatory research, formative research, case studies, market and household surveys, market system analysis and value chain analysis.
∎ Proactively engage in project implementation and research management activities.
∎ Undertake field research; train and lead team of field managers and enumerators
∎ Be the custodian of evidence and ensure highest standards in undertaking research and publishing research data; by producing reports of highest standards.
∎ Develop analysis protocols and undertake analysis Of survey data as per research objectives and research questions.
∎ Participate in proposal submissions in coordination with Innovision team members, external consultants, and technical experts.
∎ Proactively seek partnership opportunities with local and international organizations as guided by the management.
∎ Maintain a healthy liaison with external partners through social media engagement, email correspondences, and direct communication.
∎ Work as a team within and across Innovision.
∎ Produced knowledge pieces/publications based on research findings
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience working with multilateral or bi-lateral organizations is required
∎ Minimum 2 years of professional experience in similar field
∎ Self-Learner and proven leadership aptitude
∎ Skilled in writing professional reports and publications including blogs. (Proficiency in both Bangla and English)
