• Graduation in Development Studies/ Anthropology/ Social Science/ Business Studies or other related fields from any reputed national or international university.

• At least 3 years

• A minimum of 3 years of full-time professional experience in project management.

• Proven experience in maintaining effective liaison with various stakeholders.

• Strong ability to independently organize and facilitate meetings, events, and workshops.

• Proficiency in English, particularly in writing and reporting.

• Experience working on USAID-funded adolescent health development projects will be a strong advantage.

• A self-motivated, confident, and proactive individual with a detail-oriented approach, capable of working under pressure.

• A continuous learning mindset coupled with strong analytical skills.

• Reports to: Zonal Manager (USAID Feed the Future Bangladesh Nutrition Activity)

ABOUT PROJECT

• Innovision Consulting Private Limited is seeking passionate individual to contribute to the forthcoming adolescent project spanning across Khulna, Narail, Faridpur, Sathkhira, Bagerhat, Patuakhali, Sylhet and Barguna. The project`s primary goal is to enhance the role of adolescents as advocates in schools, families, and communities. Interventions will focus on empowering adolescent girls and boys by reinforcing nutrition, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), along with gender activities in secondary schools. The initiatives aim to mobilize adolescent groups, fostering social capital for sustained behavioral changes in WASH and nutrition within communities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Implementation

• Execute project activities at the field level following guidance from the Zonal Manager to meet project goals and timelines.

• Coordinate with schools, parents, and local communities to ensure active participation and support for project initiatives.

• Monitor and oversee activities related to adolescent clubs, creating a positive and engaging environment for adolescents.

• Maintain regular liaison with School Management Committees (SMC) and School-based Child Protection Committees (SCNC),facilitating meetings and discussions.

• Organize and conduct training sessions for project beneficiaries and community members to build capacity and foster knowledge exchange.

• Carry out field visits to engage directly with beneficiaries, address their concerns, and gather valuable feedback for project improvement.

• Assist the Zonal Manager in implementing project activities and ensuring smooth field operations.

Documentation & Reporting

• Collect and organize relevant data and information for reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all submissions.

• Assist in preparing reports for the Zonal Manager, ensuring all project assessments and field data are compiled and presented clearly.

• Ensure that all field-level activities comply with project guidelines, policies, and regulations.

• Document and track feedback from beneficiaries and stakeholders to inform ongoing improvements in project execution.
