Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creative writing: Assist Principal Investigator(PI) to lead, coordinate and/or participate in developing proposals, IRB approvals, scientific report and articles and research briefs in clinical and epidemiological research
∎ Literature review: Undertake both systematic and unsystematic review of peer reviewed and grey literatures
∎ Management of Research Project: Assist PI and take lead in organising and coordinating fieldwork and associated training, ensure strict adherence to ethical principles, supervise data management and storing in line of set protocol
∎ Analysis and dissemination: Assist PI and undertake mostly quantitative analysis using relevant software and to a lesser extent qualitative data. Willing to participate in organising, supervising and presenting at dissemination seminars, both nationally and internationally. If needed producing and/or assist in producing relevant materials for dissemination.
∎ Liaison and coordination: Assist PI in liaising with government and other relevant local and international stakeholders/partners especially to initiate and implement collaborative projects
∎ Personal traits: Willingness to – work in a multidisciplinary team, supervise younger team members, have tolerance and respect to diverse need of the team members, take initiatives, respect to deadlines, open and available to travel as per the demand of the project

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ A minimum of 2 years working experience in public health research preferably in the field of clinical research and/or epidemiology
∎ Experience using epi info and other relevant statistical software packages such as STATA, SPSS etc.
∎ Clear understanding of research design and experience of data collection, analysis and scientific writing involving clinical and epidemiological research
∎ Clear understanding of literature review and systematic review
∎ Experience of using online platforms for management of research project and relevant communication such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.
∎ Experience of using online data collection tools such as Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, Kobo Collect etc.
∎ Excellent spoken and written skills in English and Bangla.

Salary: Tk. 70000 - 100000 (Monthly)
