Ray Advertising is searching for a driven and articulate Remote Content Writer to join our team in a WORK FROM HOME opportunity.
This position involves night shift from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM BD time— including a 1-hour break.

Ray Advertising is seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Writer to craft SEO-friendly, audience-focused content that drives engagement and results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audience psychology, enabling them to produce compelling copy for digital ads, email outreach, and marketing collateral tailored to our diverse verticals, including insurance, home services, finance, legal, mass tort, and nutra. This is not a traditional blogging role but a performance-driven position requiring exceptional adaptability and insight into industry dynamics.
Note: The selected candidate must be comfortable working under micromanagement — meaning your tasks, timelines, and performance will be closely monitored and guided to ensure consistent quality and alignment with company standards. This helps maintain accountability and ensures all tasks are completed with precision.
Create SEO-optimized content for websites, landing pages, digital ads, and email campaigns to enhance organic visibility and user engagement.
Develop compelling and action-oriented copy for advertising campaigns targeting advertisers, buyers, and consumers.
Conduct thorough audience research to craft content that resonates with target demographics across various industries.
Collaborate with developer, design, and media-buying teams to align content with campaign objectives and brand voice.
Monitor industry trends and adapt writing strategies to stay competitive and relevant.
Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and compliance with brand guidelines.
Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant terms to improve content ranking and discoverability.
Develop scripts and copy for video, social media, and multimedia content to support cross-channel campaigns.
Analyze content performance metrics and refine strategies to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
Probation Period: We have a one month of probation period where you will receive 50% of the agreed salary. Upon successful completion of your probation period you will be paid the full salary and we don’t prolong the probation period beyond this 1 month.
