Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving yearly portfolio target of home/mortgage loans to grow business volumes through branch distribution network.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and searching for potential customers.
∎ Interviews potential and current clients to understand their lending needs including first-time mortgages and refinance of existing loans.
∎ Assists clients with completion of mortgage applications, inspecting completed documents for accuracy and thoroughness.
∎ Reviews loan applications, gathers credit histories and reports, and assesses applicant's capacity to repay and default risk.
∎ Ensure compliance to know your customer and Anti Money Laundering requirements in all dealing with existing and potential customers.
∎ Maintain Internal Liaison for loan disbursement with assurance of compliance and due diligence.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 8 years of relevant experiences in Home/ Mortgage Loan.
∎ Must have strong knowledge in Retail Banking, Business Development, Relationship Management, and be highly committed to customer services.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
∎ Strong analytical ability, interpersonal & communication skill, MS Office knowledge is required.
