∎ Bachelor's degrees from any public or private university or institution or professional body.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Relationship Manager is a key member of the operation team of the organization.
∎ After successful completion of 6 months` probationary period or achieving BSEC license as Authorized Representative, whichever comes late, the candidate shall be inducted as a permanent employee of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop customer base throughout the country through utilizing organizational and technological strengths.
∎ Develop effective communication with the customers of the firm, and ensure repeat-business from them.
∎ Monitor client satisfaction and recommend the measures to be taken.
∎ Identify existing and prospective customers' needs of financial services, including both products & services.
∎ Achievement of product-wise targets and cross selling products as per the demographic, lifestyle and risk profiling.
∎ Liaise with different departments about client queries and advise them on services.
∎ Coordinate services, paperwork, and other needs during onboarding process for new clients.
∎ Conduct customer service workshops and presentations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ At least 3 years' experience of serving in financial product selling team of any organization.
∎ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
∎ Calm, polite and professional behavior.
∎ High service orientation.
∎ Having knowledge on capital market operation shall be an added advantage. However, Mona shall support the deserving candidates to obtain required skill and authorization.
